| Driving instructor in Kingston faces five child sex-related charges Police in Kingston, Ont., have charged a local driving instructor with child sexual offences. Investigators have released the name of the suspect, saying they want to be sure there are no more alleged victims. Gordon A. Cummins, 53, was charged with sexual assault, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching, possessing child pornography and making child pornography. Police say the offences are historical. They won't say how the alleged victim knew the suspect. Cummins appeared in court and was released on a promise to appear with strict conditions.
